Training

Triathlon training is one of the best ways to get your body in the right shape for competition, whether it is against the clock, competitors or just to improve your health.

At Bargara Triathlon Club we have training for all shapes and sizes, all age groups and all in a fun, social setting that promotes positive interaction with our entire group of triathletes.

Training can be as gruelling as you need it to be – or you can push yourself to your comfortable limit – the choice is yours.
